yes you're hearing that right, the first minute of the song is me scraping my guitar strings. speaking of meshuggah! the bridge is more of an obzen style riff if you ask me. though legally if you ask me i'm going to say something like "who is that, cool name, never heard of them." the outro mirrors the intro except now the guitars are doing speed picking and bending from whatever their root notes are. adam does a fill here that makes me laugh my ass off.
